Details of our annual Introductory Spring Course have now been announced. Places are limited and this course is often over-subscribed, so please don't delay booking a place if you're interested.

"The Spring Course is Inverness Canoe Club's annual introduction to canoeing/kayaking course; it is held primarily at the Muirtown Basin in Inverness. It is aimed at those who are new to canoeing/kayaking and would like to learn the basics. The course roughly follows the new BCU One Star performance award syllabus, however we try to include extra skills and experiences to give you a fuller flavour of all that paddlesport has to offer. The cost of the course is £65.00 which covers equipment hire for the 8 sessions and for the trips.  The course will be held primarily at the Muirtown Basin, by the Scout Hut in Inverness but there will also be two Friday evening pool sessions (held at the Aquadome), a river trip and a sea trip."

The course commences on 8 April 2011 and completes on 8 May 2011.
