How do I make a booking?

Bookings will be accepted from 6pm on the previous Thursday - bookings will be acknowledged, but perhaps not until a few days before the paddle.
Sea kayak weekends
The trip organiser should let you know who is booking boats out.

Contact one of our volunteer hirers below. However, in order to spread the load: 1) please don't contact the same person every time you want to place a booking, and 2) if it is a club event, please check the hire system to see if any bookings have already been arranged and phone the same hirer.

Things to bear in mind...
Please remember that these people hire-out equipment on an entirely voluntary basis, so the following guidelines must be followed:
Have all trip and group details ready to pass on to hire volunteer;
When phoning, please try to keep calls to no earlier than 9am and no later than 9pm;
If the volunteer agrees to hire out a boat, then arrange a mutually convenient time for collection and return (be flexible with your times and be punctual);
Make sure you contact your volunteer hirer if you are going to be late or your plans change;
Give plenty of notice for a hire request; two days or more (bookings will not be accepted with less than two days notice). If you want to make a booking well in advance (ie. a number of weeks/months), then that's great, however we ask that you reconfirm the booking with the volunteer hirer closer to the hire date.
